CIVION Construction Company Limited is a Myanmar construction company providing building design, construction and consultancy services. From our head office in Nay Pyi Taw and our Yangon office, we deliver reinforced concrete buildings, interior ceiling works, aluminium door & window installation, and quality assurance / quality control consultancy.
Our track record since 2025 includes housing and residential buildings in Yangon and Thanlyin, industrial fit-out works, and ceiling installation at Star City — each project run by our own teams for design, quantity surveying, purchasing and construction.
We work to a simple standard: safe sites, honest dealing, and buildings finished to specification and on programme.

Reinforced concrete (R.C. / R.C.C.) and steel structure building construction — from excavation and foundations through structure, brickwork, plastering and roofing to handover — built to drawing and specification with disciplined site management at every stage.
Supply and installation of ceiling systems for residential towers, offices and industrial buildings — framing, board installation and coordination with above-ceiling services, finished clean and level, ready for painting and lighting.
Supply and installation of aluminium doors, windows and glass partitions — measured, fitted and sealed for smooth operation, weather protection and a clean finished appearance. Every installation is carried out to a QC-qualified standard, and the finished work is tested and checked before handover — no door or window is handed over until it passes QC.
Quality assurance and quality control consultancy for construction projects — method statements, inspection and test plans, stage-by-stage site inspection and documentation that keeps work verifiable against specification. All QC inspections are carried out against the ACI Code and the MNBC (Myanmar National Building Code), by qualified and experienced engineers, and documented systematically with inspection checklists and rectification record lists.

Supply and installation of a complete toilet cubicle partition system for a large washroom facility in Zabuthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw — full-height cubicle partitions and urinal divider panels, fitted with stainless-steel hardware, aligned and adjusted for smooth door operation and a clean, uniform finish throughout. Completed and handed over.
Supply and installation of aluminium windows and glazing for a steel-structure industrial building in East Dagon Industrial Zone — aluminium window frames, large fixed glass panels and sliding glass sections, measured and fitted to the steel frame openings, sealed and aligned for smooth operation, weather protection and a clean finished appearance throughout the building.
Construction of a two-storeyed reinforced concrete building at P Moe Ning Housing, Hlaing Tharyar — structure and frame works carried through under our own site team.
Aluminium and ceiling fitting works at a property on Japan Road, Mingaladon Township — supply and installation of large black-framed aluminium windows and full-height glass walls, aluminium doors, ceiling works, and aluminium kitchen and under-window cabinets, including a covered outdoor kitchen area enclosed in aluminium framing and glass. Every unit was measured and fitted on site for clean lines, smooth operation and a uniform dark-frame finish throughout.
Interior fit-out works at Ngwe Pin Lae Industrial Zone — aluminium doors and windows, aluminium-framed glass partitions and internal windows, and frameless glass doors and partitions, together with suspended ceiling installation with panel lighting across corridors and open-plan work areas.
Supply and installation of aluminium windows and doors and frameless tempered-glass balcony balustrades for a modern multi-storey residence in Aung Chan Thar Ward, Thanlyin — every unit measured, fitted and aligned on site for clean lines, secure fixing and a contemporary finish throughout. Completed and handed over in 2026.
Design, supply and installation of aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding for a grand entrance façade at AD Point on Pyay Road, Hlaing Township — a rose-gold, copper-finish ACP entrance portal with decorative diamond cut-out panels and a diamond-lattice pointed-arch feature screen, integrated with the full-height glass curtain wall and entrance steps behind it. The scope included the supporting framing, fixing, joint sealing and finishing, with every panel fabricated and installed to line and level and QC-checked before handover. Completed in 2026.
Ceiling installation at Galaxy Tower 3, Star City, Thanlyin — ceiling framing, board installation and coordination with above-ceiling services.
A 3.5-storeyed reinforced concrete (R.C.C.) residential building in North Okkalapa, Yangon, being constructed by CIVION on a full-scope basis — from foundation and substructure works through the R.C. frame, brickwork and plastering to all finishing works, final completion and handover. The latest site photos show the scaffolded facade with brickwork and plastering now in progress on the upper floors.
